The headline says it all, really. Derek Yu’s fantastic roguelike/platformer/puzzle/devilishly difficult game Spelunky is finally, and officially, out of beta. And it’s still free.
Better yet, expect to see Spelunky HD (well, Yu — or should I say Mossmouth? — is probably more creative than I am, so chances are it won’t be called that) on XBLA sometime next year. The new version will supposedly have brand new sound and graphics, and will be flavoured for XBLA just like all the big indie names on the site.
